Chesterfield University is the learning organization for employees of Chesterfield County, Virginia, a "Training Top 125" organization in 2007 and a two-time recipient of the prestigious Award for Continuing Excellence (ACE) presented by the U.S. Senate Productivity and Quality Award Board. In addition to serving the needs of the county workforce, Chesterfield University offers training and facilitation services to external organizations.
