Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (HOME) programs receive entitlement funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) each fiscal year. The objectives of the Community Development Block Grant and Home Investment Partnership programs are to benefit low/moderate income persons, eliminate slums/blight, provide for urgent needs
of recent origin, and provide affordable and safe housing in the county.
