Plans Review Teams
The Plans Review Team, consisting of two Principal Engineers and five Senior Engineers under the direction of the Engineering Supervisor, reviews development plans for Commercial Sites and Subdivisions. Proposed projects are reviewed for compliance with the County's Floodplain, Erosion and Sediment Control, Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act, and Upper Swift Creek Watershed ordinances. Staff engineers review more than 200 new plans and 500 revised plans on an annual basis.
