Right of Way Department

The Right of Way Office is responsible for the acquisition of easements and land for county use, reviewing site plans and subdivision plats to ensure all necessary easements and rights of way are obtained, recording subdivision plats, processing vacations of easements and rights of way, licenses to work on county easements, abandonment of state-maintained roads, conveyance of easements across county property, and sales of surplus property.


Customer service. Process legal documents, invoices and interdepartmental transfers.
