This application has been  optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer 5+.  Netscape Navigator 6.2 has also been tested, however Microsoft Internet Explorer 5+ provides the best application experience.  Netscape Navigator version 4.7 and older has  known issues with some of the functionality within this application and we strongly  recommend upgrading these browsers to one of the browser versions listed above.
