Proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments

  • NEW Zoning Ordinance amendments for the Upper Swift Creek Watershed

At a special Planning Commission meeting on June 3, 2008, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Upper Swift Creek Watershed (LID) ordinances, with modifications. The Planning Commission also deferred action on the Mass Grading ordinance and the Tree Save Ordinance to their June 17, 2008, afternoon work session, and set a public hearing for their regularly scheduled meeting in July. Contact Scott Flanigan in Environmental Engineering for information on these ordinance amendments.
