Please fill out this form to the best of your ability so that we can investigate your concern. An inspector will visit the site within 5 business days. When a violation is observed we will work with the property owner to resolve it. Violations in public roads should be referred to the Police Department.

The information you provide will be confidential. This information is excluded from the freedom of information act and does not have to be revealed. Chesterfield County policy is to not reveal the identity of complainants on zoning enforcement concerns.
