Rockwood Nature Center
Opens first Saturday in April. View live animals, investigate nature
exhibits and explore hands-on activities in the Children's Corner. Located:
3401 Courthouse Road.
We have more than two dozen parks and athletic complexes. The facilities
are located throughout the county and offer a variety of options for
outdoor enthusiasts, from leisurely strolls just to enjoy nature, to
light boat launches, picnic areas and shelters, fitness trails, fishing
and more. Several have historical significance.
